Konica Photo Express is backed by 25 years of experience in the photographic industry, covering various assignments throughout the country ranging from Graduations, Weddings, Corporates, schools and conferences from inception, references included.

We are 100% Black Female owned, boasting a BBBEE status of Level 1. Due to the overwhelming success and demand of our reliable services we have decided to divide our business into 4 separate entities.We now have a School, Wedding, Retail and Graduation Division. Our aim is to provide the best product at the lowest cost while simultaneously delivering the high level of service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE & GRATIS TO THE INSTITUTE

GRATIS CONCESSIONS TO THE INSTITUTE

• A set of photographs compiled in an exclusive album of the venue layout, venue with guests, the actual graduation ceremony, guest speakers will be presented to the institution.
• A set of electronic images for purposes of publications.
• A dedicated photographer to cover the special images that may be required for urgent publications and personnel/staff pictures.

STAGE PHOTOGRAPHY

Konica Photo Express will ensure that the official stage photography will be captured of every graduate that walks across the stage. Whether they have ordered or not, this will be at the risk of Konica Photo Express and not the appointing Institute.

The First captured picture will be of the graduate at the Podium. (When the name of the graduate is being announced)

The Second picture will be captured when the graduate is being Sashed/Hooded. (when the designated person places the Hood/Sash over the graduates shoulders)

The Third picture captured will be a Single Portrait shot on a Background as the graduate walks off the stage.

FAMILY GROUPS OR POTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY

Between 4 to 6 professional studios will be set up at the designated area depending on space allocated by the Institute. Graduates are welcome to place orders, make payments and have their pictures taken at these studios. However, this service will come to a pause at the request of the institute or the start of the Graduation Ceremony.

Staff at Konica Photo Express as well as the clearly marked signs will be in place to guide and assist graduates and families at the Studios. All staff members will be in clearly visible uniforms. Order forms will be made available online and on the day of the Graduation Ceremony.

VARIOUS DISTRIBUTION POINTS

We at Konica Photo Express understand that all graduates do no necessarily reside in the district of their graduation so we have catered for their special needs with national registered postage. This service also comes with a barcoded internet track and trace service.

Further to this we have 3 Distribution points for graduates wishing to collect their photos. Konica Photo Express in Phoenix (North Coast), Konica Photo Express in Chatsworth (South Coast) and Photo Africa (Victoria Mall, Pmb), Braamfontein (JHB).

This will ensure that students throughout KZN will easily be able to get in touch with any one of our branches to enquire and pick up their photographs. In addition to this each distribution point is situated in a safe location with access to parking. In addition to this service we also provide a

DELIVERY SERVICE

1. Free National Registered Postage service for graduates living out of town.
2. Graduates also have an option of a Door to Door courier service.
3. International Postage.
